Shipments sent via FedEx, UPS and USPS are experiencing an increase in delays, damage and loss. There're a few things one can do to help minimize these situations. Let's review:

  • Double box and put a duplicate label or your return address prominently on the inner box.
  • Address the label so it appears to be a person to a person. Use initials for a business name.
  • include an adult signature at your recipient's address, which may include a separate purchase in addition to your shipping charges.
  • Tape boxes well and on all sides with good quality packing tape.
  • Keep a photograph of the contents in case of a partial loss or damage claim.
  • inform us as soon as possible if a shipment stops moving.
  • Inform us if your recipient receives a package that appears to be opened and retaped. It may indicate a partial loss or complete loss of contents.
